Banana ice cream with almond butter

Continuing the topic of healthy desserts, I would like to start with my favorite one – banana ice cream with almond butter. This dessert has a sweet creamy taste, and the best part is that preparation does not last more than 5 minutes. Also, some pinch of sea salt provides ice cream with a gentle sour caramel taste.

3 | frozen bananas |
2 teaspoons | almond butter (recipe is here) |
1.5 teaspoon | Ceylon cinnamon |
A few pinch | sea salt |
Additional ingredients | nuts, seeds, berries |

Cut the bananas and put them in the freezer for at least 6 hours.

Put all the ingredients into a blender and mix everything with several breaks until solid mass. It should take a few minutes. Do not overmix to prevent ice cream from melting. Enjoy 🙂
