1 cup  plant-based milk
A handful of  frozen sliced zucchini
1 teaspoon almond butter (recipe is here)
1 frozen banana
1/3 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
A handful of frozen blueberries
Additional: 1 teaspoon hulled hemp seeds

Put all ingredients into a blender and mix everything until the desired texture. You can add some extra milk to make it more liquid. Bon appetit!
