Tiramisu chia pudding

Yes, you heard it right, tiramisu chia pudding. Only that this dessert is with significantly less sugar but more fiber and omega 3 fatty acids. This is definitely the most nutritious sweet recipe I have ever tried.

Ingredientai Ingredients

3 tbsp chia seeds
2 tsp maple syrup
1 cup strong coffee with plant-based milk
1 cup vegan yogurt
a bit of cinnamon
1-2 tbsp cacao

Cooking instructions


Mix the chia seeds with maple syrup and 200ml of strong coffee with almond milk (my ratio was 1: 1, you can change it according to what strength of coffee you want). Stir very well and leave in the fridge for at least a few hours.


Choose your favorite vegan yogurt (I used coconut and vanilla) and then layer the pudding in a glass. If you choose completely unsweetened yogurt, I suggest adding a few teaspoons of maple syrup and cinnamon to it beforehand. Enjoy!
