Chocolate berry bowl

When I want something more filling than a smoothie or I keep thinking about ice cream, this kind of frozen fruit bowl is a great solution. This one is packed with antioxidants because of blueberries and cocoa powder. Also, berries and chocolate flavor perfectly complement each other, so this combination is worth to try 🙂

Ingredientai Ingredients
frozen banana
A handful of   frozen berries (I used blueberries)
1 teaspoon almond butter (recipe is here)
50ml plant-based milk (I used almond milk)
1.5 tablespoon Daily Spoon for Energy blend 
1 teaspoon (2, if you do not use Daily Spoon blend for Energy)  unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions

Put all ingredients into a blender, but do not overmix to keep the texture thick. Blend everything with breaks so that the frozen berries do not melt. The mass should resemble a sherbet.

Put favorite nuts, seeds, or extra berries on the top. Enjoy!

Advice: If you make this bowl for breakfast, I recommend putting some protein powder. It will keep the feel of satiety much longer. If you use Daily Spoon for Energy, it already contains hemp protein, so you may not put extra of them.
