Chocolate quinoa porridge

Quinoa is one of the most nutritious grains because it has almost twice as much fiber and the most protein than other grains. So, I think this porridge is a serious competitor to traditional oats, as it surpasses both in nutritioness and certainly does not inferior in taste. Well, our blend for Energy adds both protein and chocolate flavor to the porridge. 🍫

Ingredientai Ingredients

1 cup quinoa
2 cups plant-based milk (I used almond milk)
2 spoons Daily Spoon blend for Energy (can be replaced with natural cocoa powder) 
1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey
sprinkle sea salt

Cooking instrunctions


Wash the groats and dry using a sieve. Put the grits in a pot heated on medium heat and lightly bake them for a minute. 


Pour in the milk, salt and when the porridge boils, reduce to low heat and leave for about 20 minutes. Take care of the porridge and keep stirring.


After the groats are cooked, add the remaining ingredients, mix and let stand for another minute.


Serve with berries, nuts and pour a slice of milk 🥛
