Without a doubt my favorite cookies. Soft, sweet, slightly salty and, of course, like all our desserts, nutritious. No dairy, flour or refined sugar, just more protein and good fats.

half a cup almond flour
a cup migdolų
8 spoons nut butter you like
half a teaspoon sea salt
1.5 teaspoon baking powder
4 spoons almond milk
1 spoon
maple syrup (or honey)  
a handful macadamia nuts
a handful pieces of white chocolate
Cooking instruction

Grind the almonds to a sand texture with the help of a food processor.

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except the nuts and chocolate. The dough must be sticky.

Then gently mix the chopped nuts and chocolate.

From one full spoon of dough we form cookies into balls and squeeze on baking paper. Bake at 180C, 12-14 min. Enjoy 💛
