Matcha Energy Balls
PORTIONS: 2
This recipe is a must for all matcha fans. Although I am not a fan of energy balls myself, as they are often too dry or too sweet, but these have a very fresh, light taste and balanced sweetness.

50 grams | pistachios |
100 grams | medjool dates |
50 grams | almonds |
1 teaspoon | Matcha |
a bit of | salt |
a bit of | cinnamon |
Cooking instructions
1
Firstly, grind the pistachios in a blender, pulsing lightly to small pieces. Then remove from the blender and set a side.
2
Put medjool dates, almonds, matcha, a pinch of salt and ceylon cinnamon into the blender. Blend everything until you get a smooth mass.
3
The dough should be sticky, so put some coconut oil on your hands when forming the balls. Form balls from a half a tablespoon of dough, then place them in grounded pistachios to cover the balls on all sides. Let them stay in the fridge for at least 15 minutes. Enjoy!
