1 piece of leftover salmon
vegetables favorite vegetables such as bell peppers, tomatoes
1 cup wild and brown rice
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp rice or apple vinegar
1 tsp mustard and honey
a pinch of salt and pepper

Cooking instructions

Finely chop the zucchini, paprika and onion, sprinkle a little oil and add a teaspoon of smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Put in the oven for 12-15 min 180 C.

While the vegetables are baking, prepare the sauce: 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 2 teaspoons maple syrup, salt, pepper, parsley.

Mix the fried vegetables with the cooked pearl barley, dried beans and sauce. Enjoy!
