Salted caramel smoothie for energy
No sugar or sweeteners, just the natural sweetness of maca, cocoa and banana, which will at the same time give energy for the day and help to suppress the desire for sweets.
|1 cup||almond milk|
|a half||frozen banana|
|1 teaspoon||shelled hemp (or other seeds)|
|2 teaspoons||the blend For Energy|
Put everything in a blender and shake well for a few minutes. Enjoy!
