1/2 cup oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp pumpkin purée
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp Daily Spoon blend for Immune System
1/2 tsp ceylon cinnamon
for toppings banana, peanut butter

Cooking instructions

Put all the ingredients into a jar. Mix them well.

Close the jar and shake it for a bit and put it in the fridge. Put the toppings in the morning and enjoy!
