Pumpkin spice porridge
A great way to prepare a nutritious autumn-flavored breakfast in the evening. Oat and chia seeds are rich in fiber and protein, so breakfast will provide satiety and energy for a fresh start to the morning.
|1 tbsp||chia seeds|
|2 tbsp||pumpkin purée|
|1 tbsp||maple syrup|
|1 tsp||Daily Spoon blend for Immune System|
|1/2 tsp||ceylon cinnamon|
|for toppings||banana, peanut butter|
Put all the ingredients into a jar. Mix them well.
Close the jar and shake it for a bit and put it in the fridge. Put the toppings in the morning and enjoy!
